Chris Bahlman, Mayor of Winters, shared his enthusiasm for the project and the ongoing benefit that the establishment of this hotel will have on the city. “This is a tremendous opportunity for Winters” Bahlman stated, “not only in jobs, but the far-reaching impact on the economy of Winters, now and in the future”.
