October 8, 2025 – Neenah, WI – Cobblestone Hotels celebrated the grand opening and official ribbon cutting ceremony for their new hotel in Ephraim, Utah.

Dozens gathered to participate in the welcoming of the Cobblestone Hotel & Suites to the city, including representatives from multiple area organizations dedicated to the development of the city and Sanpete county. Speakers from the Sanpete County Chamber of Commerce, Snow College, Sanpete County, the City of Ephraim, the Bank of Commerce, and members of the Cobblestone Hotels development
team shared their enthusiasm for the beautiful new facility and the potential for growth that it represents for the local economy.
One such speaker was the Mayor of the City of Ephraim, John Scott. Scott reflected on the longtime need for a lodging facility in Ephraim, to support local events and attractions and give those who come to Ephraim to patronize these local establishments a clean, comfortable place to stay. Scott spoke on the “tremendous pressure in Ephraim, to house people and to have a facility such as this”, referring to the Cobblestone Hotel & Suites. Mayor Scott named the Ephraim Utah Temple, which is currently under construction, and the Snow College as two major attractions that will continue bringing people to Ephraim for years to come and contribute to the demand for lodging in the city.
