NEENAH, WISCONSIN – Cobblestone Hotels, along with members of the community, the Chamber of Commerce, the Mayor, and the hotel team celebrated the Grand Opening & Ribbon Cutting Ceremony of the Cobblestone Inn & Suites® in Barron, Wis.

The Cobblestone Inn & Suites® of Barron opened their doors to the public earlier this year on March 10th .

“I would like to thank everyone for coming out today, I hope you are as proud of the hotel as we are.” Said Brian Wogernese, President & CEO of Cobblestone Hotels. “I want to thank the investment group and city, because without the help from all of the groups, this wouldn’t have been here.” Brian then turned everyone’s attention to a vibrant orange Dodge Charger. “Unfortunately, we aren’t giving the car away today, but we are giving it away to the 2017 Cobblestone Hotels’ Property of the Year.” The Hotel of Year will be announced at the brand’s 2018 Conference next spring, and the hotel will take the car and donate it to their charity of choice to do a fundraiser.

“Thank you all for being here this afternoon to help us welcome the Cobblestone Inn & Suites to the Barron community.” Said Dave Seitz from the Chamber of Commerce. “On behalf of the Barron Chamber of Commerce we present this plaque to you as a way of saying thank you for choosing Barron, and wish you many years of success here in our community.” Seitz then presented the plaque to Brian Wogernese and the hotel General Manager Cari Waite.
