NEENAH, WISCONSIN – On August 21st, 2017 Merrill Hotel Group, LLC signed a twenty-year Franchise Agreement with Cobblestone Hotels, with intent to renovate the current Badger Hotel of Merrill, Wisconsin, and upon the completion of the anticipated $1.5 million renovation, convert the hotel to a Boarders Inn & Suites by Cobblestone Hotels winter of 2017.

The soon to be Boarders Inn & Suites feature 57 completely renovated guest rooms, including whirlpool suites, with amenities such as microwaves and refrigerators, coffee service, free high-speed internet, and flat panel televisions in each room. The Boarders Inn & Suites will also feature a banquet room, exercise equipment, guest laundry facility, and convenience store. A complimentary hot breakfast bar and weekday newspaper will be available daily to guests as well.
