After a soft opening in late June, followed by final preparations, the Cobblestone Hotel & Suites excitedly initiated the official grand opening ceremony today. City officials, and ambassadors of the Austin Chamber of Commerce joined Cobblestone Hotels representatives to celebrate the grand opening.

Elaine Hansen, President of Austin Area Chamber of Commerce, kicked off the ceremony and spoke on the addition to the Austin community.

“This is an exciting day for Cobblestone. We have been working on this project for some time. After looking through some of the market numbers and with the city, we found this piece of land and thought it was great. And now today, it has been brought into fruition.”, said Brian Wogernese, President & CEO of Cobblestone Hotels.

The new Cobblestone Hotel & Suites has 66 guestrooms and is located off Interstate 90. The hotel proudly features the brand’s consistent amenities such as onsite Convenience Store, Seattle’s Best Coffee, Complimentary High-Speed Internet Access, an onsite Guest Laundry facility and Fitness Room, Pool, Meeting Room, and more.

Guestrooms incorporate flat-screen TVs, microwaves, refrigerators, hairdryers, iron and ironing boards, luxury linens, and In-Room Coffee. Extended Stay Suites are also available.
