NEENAH, WISCONSIN – Cobblestone Hotels has broken ground on a new property in northern Iowa, Forest City. This marks the 25th location within the state.

Thursday was an exciting day for the community of Forest City as friends, neighbors, investors, city officials, and members of the Cobblestone Hotels executive leadership team came together commemorating the ceremonial ground breaking for a new Cobblestone Inn & Suites.

“Iowa is and continues to be one of our biggest states. We are very excited to see this project happen and grow within the community of Forest City,” said Jeremy Griesbach, President of development for Cobblestone Hotels and BriMark Builders, LLC.

The Cobblestone Inn & Suites will consist of two floors and provide 47 guestrooms.

The hotel will feature the brand’s consistent amenities such as an onsite convenience store, complimentary highspeed internet access, on-site guest laundry, fitness center, and a complimentary hot breakfast served daily.

Guestrooms will be perfectly tailored to meet the needs of modern travelers while tastefully designed with an element of contemporary elegance. Amenities are to include flat-screen TVs, additional recharge outlets for electronics, microwaves, mini refrigerators, in-room coffee brewers, hairdryers, iron and ironing boards, desks, luxury linens, and bathroom essentials. Extended stay suites will also be available.
